5. Returns & Store Credit

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer. Outdoor Odyssey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. While we may assist in providing shipment details, we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outdoor Odyssey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Indemnification

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of Mississippi. You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Outdoor Odyssey to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

You agree not to file a chargeback for reasons that are inconsistent with our stated policies, including delivery confirmations, return policy terms, or store credit issuance.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of the transaction, including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, and communication records.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the customer being restricted from future purchases.

13. Fraud Prevention

Outdoor Odyssey reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

We may require additional verification, including but not limited to identity confirmation, billing address verification, or payment authorization. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed using automated systems, resellers, or fraudulent payment methods.
