At Outdoor Odyssey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, store credit will be issued for use on a future purchase.
