At Outdoor Odyssey, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted third-party carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and shipping method.
4. Risk of Loss
Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. Outdoor Odyssey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We may assist by providing tracking details but do not guarantee refunds or replacements.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
7. Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the damage and packaging. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of a claim.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to working with you to resolve concerns.
